The family court system is failing the most vulnerable members of our society: our children.
YOUR STORY: We want to hear your story - in 3,000 words or less. How is this information being used? This information is being collected on behalf of One Mom’s Battle and may be shared with trusted researchers who are analyzing post-separation abuse or the failings of the family court system. We will contact you for approval prior to using your story in any fashion.
YOUR CHILD’S STORY: We want to hear your child’s story - has your child aged out of the system or in the home stretch (17+)? We’ve created a space for YOUNG ADULTS to share their personal experience. We will contact you for approval prior to using your story in any fashion.
SAY THEIR NAMES: We’d like to hear about your experiences with family court professionals - we invite you to “say their names.” This information will not be shared publicly however, if we begin to see trends or patterns (10 people with the same story of corruption, collusion or confirmation bias, we will reach out and ask permission to connect those individuals because we believe there is power in numbers.
