High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification Program

The High Conflict Divorce Coach Certification Program (HCDCCP) opens it's (online) doors January 18, 2021. I have 25 spaces available for students. Five of those spaces have already been filled. Many others have been sent acceptance letters. We have one spot for a scholarship recipient and while I have stopped counting the number of applications, I believe it is currently over 800. The scholarship recipient will be notified on July 15 of their acceptance into the program.

WHAT IS HCDCCP?

The HCDCCP is a new program that I am launching under the One Mom's Battle umbrella and my goal is to educate and empower others to do what I do. I am one person and there are limits to what I can do within this very broken family court system. For a long time, I've envisioned myself moving into a different direction, one with the power to help more people than I can possibly reach on my own.

What do I do exactly, you may be asking? Most day, I am what is best described as a "divorce doula." I help people to navigate the family court system. I help them to think strategically and to choose their battles wisely. I help them to learn the importance of communicating in a court-approved manner and, I help them to protect their children which looks different for every single person. Other days, I spend my time teaching online courses designed to educate and empower those on the battlefield and, I spend a considerable amount of time connecting with (and educating) domestic violence agencies and family court professionals on post-separation abuse.

But, I am one person and we need someone doing what I do in every US State and in every country.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

I have hired a wonderful woman (Dr. Ford) with a doctorate and over 15 years of experience creating programs/courses to help me take my decade of experience in the family court system against toxic individuals and turn this into a formal training program.

I am lining up amazing guest lecturers - a well-known and beloved psychologist to discuss the pathology of NPD during high-conflict divorces and a gentleman who specializes in hostage negotiations to help HCDCCP students "profile" the narcissist.

I have spent 10-years not only fighting and protecting my daughters but protecting hundreds (thousands?) of other children directly and indirectly. I am one person and I want to equip others to do what I do -- if I've ever had a heart project and a legacy, this is/will be it.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A STUDENT OF HCDCCP?Z

1. Weekly modules and lessons from Tina Swithin. We understand that many have full-time jobs so this will be self-paced. It is our goal to set you up for success.

2. Guest presenters/lecturers. These will be recorded so you watch at your convenience.

3. Coach/client pairings for hands-on experience as a High-Conflict Divorce Coach (HCDC) and support through this process

4. Weekly Zoom calls and ongoing communication and support through Slack. We may split the group into two sessions in an effort to accommodate busy schedules. We will send out a survey to see which day/time works better for each person.

5. Camaraderie and support with fellow coaching students during the six-week session. We want you to have support through this process and beyond.

1. Goals and personal inventory
