November is Family Court Awareness Month

Tina Swithin, champion of children's rights, author of Divorcing a Narcissist and founder of One Mom’s Battle is spearheading a month-long, cross-country movement to raise awareness of family court failures. Declaring the month of November as Family Court Awareness Month, Tina will travel from California to South Carolina while stopping in eight different states to meet with elected officials, domestic violence (DV) advocates, DV survivors and the media. It is Tina's goal to raise awareness on the fact that between 2008 and present day, almost 800 children have been murdered by separating or divorcing parents. Many of these deaths were preventable; these children were failed by the family court system.
