Documentation Workshop

In the beginning of my battle, I could barely navigate the most basic court forms and my main "gear" was fight or flight mode. I was self-represented in court and I cringe when I reflect on the declarations that I submitted to the court in those early days. Not only was I a novice when it came to the logistics of the system, I truly had no understanding of the depth of sickness that was my ex-husband. I struggled to make sense of the madness and I struggled to articulate the problems that existed.Over the years, I have polished my documentation system multiple times. In 2016, I was forced to pull my entire case together for a nationally recognized law firm to fight a cease and desist letter that I received from my ex-in-laws. I sat staring at my system wondering how I could pull eight years of documentation together in a presentable fashion. I worked late into the night for weeks and the end result was a phone call from the lead attorney that validated my hard work and dedication. The attorney said, "If you ever want a position in our company, you're hired! We have never received anything this organized and easy to follow from a client!"I will be offering My Family Court Documentation Workshops by phone each Thursday afternoon from 1 pm - 2:15 pm (Pacific time) with the goal of helping YOU create a system that works for you. A well-organized system allows you to properly convey your concerns to family court professionals such as judges, GAL's, evaluators, and attorneys. All participants of the Documentation Workshop will be added to a secret Facebook group where they can share tips and strategies and support each other through the process. To book your session, click here
